What format are the photos in?
All Digital Images by Pablo photos are in JPG format. However, if you require raw or tiff formats, please contact me for pricing.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. I add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that I have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that I sell are the ones taken by me. In the future I may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made I can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because I offer full access to my entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for my products to be returned. On a rare occasion I will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Digital Images by Pablo photos that I download?
Yes. While Digital Images by Pablo offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, I do not allow the redistribution of my photos, or allow the use of my photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. (Licensing information)
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, a yearly membership allows you full access to download any photos on my site at no extra charge. A monthly subsciption has a limit of 75 photos and will not let you go beyond that limit without purchasing a yearly membership.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing my materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues. If you are found to be in direct violation of the licensing agreement, all money paid is forfeited and your subscription is suspended.
How do I buy photos?
You can purchase photos by choosing from the drop down menu under the photo "Select a print or product" first, once you chosen your print size or product, then click on "Add Selected to Cart". You will be directed to your list that is in your shopping cart, the cost and the methods of payment. If you want to continue shopping for photos, click on 'continue shopping' at the top right corner of your list.
How do I add a photo to lightbox?
You must create an account, login to your account, click on 'My Lightbox'. From there, you will creat a 'New lightbox' (i.e. friends, family, etc.). Before you can add a photo to your lightbox, you will have to choose the lightbox you created by going to 'Mylightbox' and choose the lightbox you created. Then, you can view the categories and under each photo, you will see a 'plus sign'. Click on it and it will be added to your lightbox.
Can I email multiple photos to different friends using my lightbox?
Yes, just add a comma after each email address you want to send it to.
Do you have a price list of your services?
Yes, my prices are under the My Services link at the midtop right corner.
Do you offer financing on wedding packages?
Yes, I realize weddings can cost a lot of money. Financing a wedding package is only available on these packages: Basic, Intermediate, Premium and Gold. It works like this: you choose the package/add-ons and from there I will divide that by the remaining months left before your wedding date with the last remaining payment payable at the day of your wedding. All weddings are under a contract by both wedding parties and the photographer.
What resolution are your photos?
All the photos you purchase or download is a resolution of 4000 x 3200 at 96 dpi. If you are needing a higher resolution, please contact me for pricing.
Do you do on-site printing of the photos you take at an event?
No, I do not offer this service and probably won't in the future because it's not cost effective for me to do so. However, I am working on something special for events.
What photography equipment do you use?
All my cameras and lenses are Canon products.
What type of printing paper is used to print the photos on?
All photos are printed through a professional lab based in Richmond and the prints are printed on archival Kodak Endura Professional paper that will last a 100 years or more.
Why is your digital download price higher than your printed prices?
There is a $10.00 minimum purchase order.
